1930s Royal Italian Auto Club Member Badge Fascist Period w/ Royal Crown RemovedProduct Description
ARTIFACT:
Scarce 1930’s Royal Italian Automobile Club member auto badge. The round badge resembles a spoke or gearwheel with a diamond-shaped enameled center that shows a royal eagle bearing a red shield with a white cross on its chest and is centered within a gearwheel and shows the letters: “A”, “C”, “I”, “R”. The outer edge of the enameled center shows fascia symbols on the bottom sides, the badge is from the fascist period and the Royal Crown has been removed. The bottom of the badge is numbered: “15100” and shows the letters: “AIACR”
