    Description

    The brown 5 Belarusian ruble note is part of the 2009 series introduced by the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus in 2009, after the Belarusian ruble was redenominated. The 5 ruble note is dedicated to the Brest region. Its obverse side features the Tower of Kamyenyets, one of the main landmarks in the Brest region. Its reverse side features wooden structures from the 13th century Slavic settlement in Berestye. Security features of the note include the denomination as a registration device, a windowed security thread with demetalized Br5, and a watermark of the Tower of Kamyenyets and Cornerstones. The note measures 135 mm long and 72 mm wide and bears the signature of Chairman of the Board Petr P. Prokopovich. This note is in uncirculated condition and TAP Authenticated by Banknote World experts.
