Circa 1876 Photographic Stereoview. Although unidentified on the stereoview, this image depicts the famous "Mrs. Maxwell", the Colorado Territory Huntress, taxidermist, naturalist, markswoman and feminist. She is depicted seated amongst her trophy mounts at the 1876 Centennial Exposition held in Philadelphia, PA. Photographic stereoview is mounted on slightly curved mount board which is about 7" X 4-1/4". Condition: some surface soiling, scuffs, edge bumps, and foxing spots. damp stain in upper left corner restricted to the mount card and not entering the image. small upper left corner bend on mount board.
